Thursday\u2019s round will start at 11:56 for 16 players. A cookout at <strong>Mitch&#8217;s house<\/strong> will be held following the 2nd round of the tournament.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>500 Woodards Ford Rd<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chesapeake, VA 23322<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the beginning of the season league dues were $15\/$20 dollars. A signup for the tournament will be forthcoming. If you plan to attend the cookout, give Bob $10 to pay for food and drinks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the regular season, the $15 league fee is used to pay for league expenses (Approximately $80 for software fees for our website and tools), then the remaining is split between the top 3 league finishers (50%, 30%,20%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the tournament, the $5 entry fee is used to pay the top 3 finishers (50%, 30%, 20%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not a lot of money involved in winner, but it provides bragging rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A league player who cannot play both rounds of the tournament are welcome to play in a single round if they choose. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"par3s\"><strong>19 March 2025<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"par3s\"><strong><a href=\"#par3s\">Closest to the Pin Betting Rule for the Golf League<\/a><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Overview<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are introducing an optional <em>Closest to the Pin<\/em> bet for those who want to participate. This is a fun way to add some extra excitement to the par 3 holes during league play. Additionally, the members voted to <strong>repeal <\/strong>the 2025 <strong>rule change<\/strong> that limited <strong>handicap calculations <\/strong>to in-league play scores only. The rule will now revert to its original format, where <strong><em>all<\/em> scores<\/strong>, regardless of where they are played, will be used to <strong>calculate <\/strong>a member&#8217;s handicap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"\">DUES<\/strong> \u2013 This is a friendly reminder that league dues are now payable to Bob.
